The plant Model FAB 1500 performed 120 ton per hour, a single batch of 1500 Kg with 80 cycles per hour. The capacity is based on mean density of 1.6 ton/m3 and hot mix temperature 150degree C at mixer outlet. The rated production capacity is depend upon mix temperature, moisture percentage, aggregate density, filler moisture and controlled dust.
When density or mix temperature is not as per the stated requirement, the production capacity may drop as a result.

Drying And Heating Aggregates, Precisely Weighing The Components, And Mixing Them In Distinct Batches With Heated Bitumen And Mineral Filler. This Cyclical Approach Allows For High-Quality, Customized Asphalt Mixes That Can Be Adjusted For Specific Project Requirements.
The Batch Mix Process
1. Feeding Cold Aggregates
· Different Sizes Of Unheated, Or "Cold," Aggregates (Crushed Stone, Gravel, Sand) Are Loaded Into Separate Storage Bins.
· Adjustable Gates And Variable Speed Motors Regulate The Flow Of Aggregates From Each Bin Onto A Conveyor Belt, Ensuring They Are Proportioned Correctly For The Mix.
2. Drying And Heating The Aggregates
· The Raw Aggregates Are Transported By A Charging Conveyor To A Large, Rotating Drying Drum.
· A Powerful Burner At The End Of The Drum Heats The Aggregates To A Specified Temperature (Around 150–180°C) And Removes All Moisture.
· A Dust Collection System, Including A Primary Collector And A Bag Filter, Traps Heavy Dust And Finer Particles To Control Emissions.
3. Screening And Storing Hot Aggregates
· A Bucket Elevator Lifts The Heated Aggregates To The Top Of A Tower Unit.
· The Aggregates Pass Through A Multi-Layered Vibrating Screen That Separates Them By Size And Removes Oversized Material.
· The Sorted Aggregates Are Stored Temporarily In Separate, Insulated "Hot Bins" Located Directly Beneath The Screen.
4. Weighing And Batching
· The Precise Amount Of Each Sized Aggregate Is Weighed In Separate Weighing Hoppers, Ensuring The Mix Meets The Specified Design.
· Simultaneously, Hot Bitumen (Asphalt Cement) Is Pumped From Insulated Storage Tanks Into Its Own Weigh Hopper.
· Mineral Filler, A Fine Powder That Improves Mix Properties, Is Also Weighed In A Separate Hopper.
5. Mixing The Batch
· Once All Components Are Weighed, They Are Discharged Into The Mixing Unit, Often A Twin-Shaft Pugmill.
· The Mixer Thoroughly Blends The Heated Aggregates, Hot Bitumen, And Mineral Filler For A Fixed Period To Create A Homogeneous Asphalt Mix.
